HOW TO APPLY:
1. Eligible candidates have to apply „ON-LINE‟ through https://ecil.gov.in/ for getting connected to Advertisement details or they can use ECIL website http://www.ecil.co.in/ by selecting „Careers‟ followed by „e-Recruitment‟. The on-line application process will be operational from 07.05.2012 (1400 hrs.) to 21.05.2012 (1600 hrs.).
2. State Bank of India has been authorized to collect the non-refundable application fee on behalf of ECIL, in a specially opened Account Number 31102144119 available on our website from 07.05.2012 Candidates have to download and print the Pay-in-slip and approach the nearby SBI branch for remitting the non-refundable application fee of Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only). The Pay-in-slip printed from the portal should only be used for depositing the fee for proper crediting of amount in the allocated Account. On receipt of the money, the Bank will allot a Journal Number, Branch Name and Branch Code. This journal number, Branch Name and branch code are to be filled-in, by the candidate while applying on-line. ECIL will not be responsible, if the candidate deposit the fee in a wrong account. There will not be any other mode of payment of application fee.
3. The candidate can take a print out of the blank application proforma provided as a link on the main page, fill up the required information (in Capital letters) as per proforma along with the application fee details and apply through On-line, so that the data furnished is error-free.
4. After applying on-line, the candidate is required to take the print out of registered on-line application form with system generated application number without fail and may be retained by him / her. Please note down your application number for future reference. The candidate can take re-print of his/her registered on-line application form before the last date for On-line registration. Write the system generated on-line application number on the ECIL copy of the Pay-in-slip form. The online application form need not be sent by post to ECIL.
The candidate has to sign on print-out of on-line registered application form by affixing the recent colour passport size photograph of 4 X 3 cms., and enclose the photo copies of date of birth, educational qualifications, experience if any, caste & Medical Certificate (applicable for PWD candidates only). The candidates who are selected in the written test and called for interview are only required to submit the same at the time of interview. The candidate can retain a copy of the registered on-line application form and candidate‟s copy of Pay-in-slip of application fee for future reference.

HOW TO APPLY:
The Application Form as per Annexure 1 & 2 should be filled up by the candidate in his/her own handwriting, with blue or black ball point pen (not in pencil, fountain pen or gel pen) dated and signed. Only international form of numerals i.e. 1, 2, 3 etc. should be used. The Application Form should be filled up in English or in Hindi only, strictly observing all the instructions given in this Centralised Employment Notice. STEPS FOR APPLYING

3. On successful submission of requisite details, a Registration no. will be generated.

4. Candidates belonging to General and OBC category are required to pay nonrefundable registration fee of Rs.300/- + Rs. 50 towards bank charges i.e total 350/- in the form of Bank Challan (Pay-in-slip). The SC / ST / PD category candidates are exempted from payment of fee.

5. State Bank of India has been authorized to collect the registration fee, in a specially opened account (No. 32298420483) (Branch Code: 09996). Candidates have to approach a SBI branch with a printout of the “pay-in-slip” which is available on the application registration portal. The “pay-in-slip” printed from the portal should only be used for depositing the fee for proper crediting of amount in the allocated account. On receipt of the money the bank will issue a unique Journal Number, Branch Name and Branch Code of the bank collecting the money. This journal number, Branch Name and the branch code are to be filled up by the candidate during online “final submission”. EIL will not be responsible, in case a candidate deposits the fee in wrong account. There will not be any other mode of payment of registration amount.

6. Candidate will retain the applicants copy of the “pay-in-slip” which will be required to be submitted at the time of interview.

7. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates are therefore requested to verify their eligibility before paying the registration fee 8. The candidate will then fill up the final details by clicking on the link “Final submission”. Before “final submission” of application, candidates should keep the scanned copy of their passport size colour photograph in .jpg/.jpeg format of not more than 75 KB size and their signature in .jpg/.jpeg format of not more than 25 KB size.

Procedure for Online Submission of Application
1. On-line application facility will be available from 24.03.2012 to 17.04.2012 (5:00PM) for Part – I Registration and upto 20.04.2012 (5:00 PM) for Part – II Registration.
2. Online submission of the application may be made at website www.ssconline.nic.in and www.sscregistration.sifyitest.com Instructions are available at the site. Candidate should read the instructions carefully before making any entry or selecting options. Candidate should supply all the required details while filling up the online form. Mandatory fields are marked with * (asterisk) sign. The filling of online application contains two parts :
Part I Registration
Part II Registration
3. In Part I registration, candidate will have to fill basic information. On submission of details, candidate will be prompted to check the details and make any correction in the application.
4. Candidate may press ―I agree‖ button after declaration once he/she finds that information supplied by him/her is in order and no correction is required. Thereafter no correction/modification etc. will be allowed.
5 . A page with Registration No. will now be generated. Note down the registration number or take out the print out of the page. Candiates using sifyitest site will also get a SMS containing Registration Number. The application procedure is incomplete without part II registration. Part II registration requires filling of payment details, uploading of photograph and scanned signature. Candidates may note that the Registration number given by the Commission and Transaction ID of the Bank should be properly entered in the relevant space, failing which it will not be possible to link the payment with Part I registration. On-line application will be complete only if scanned signature and photo are uploaded as per instructions. Incomplete online application will be rejected summarily.
6. Candidates who have to pay application fee can pay fee online through SBI net banking, or cash through SBI bank challan.
7. To pay fee in cash, candidate should take print out of challan generated online after completion of part I registration. Deposit the requisite fee in pay branch of State Bank of India and then continue with the Part II registration.
8. Those who want to pay online through SBI net banking, can go directly to part II registration after
completion of part I. Candidate will have to supply registration number and date of birth to continue to
Part II registration.
9. As approval of the Controller General of Accounts, Ministry of Finance is awaited for use of credit cards / debit cards since January,2010, payment through these modes will not be available.
10. Those who are exempted from payment of fee can skip steps 6 to 8.
11. Then upload a recently taken scanned photograph in 8 – bit JPG format. The digital size of the file must be of resolution 100 pixel widths by 120 pixels height.
12. Then upload your scanned signature in 8 – bit JPG format. The digital size of the file must be of resolution 140 pixel width by 60 pixels height.
13. Emails wil be received by the candidates registering only. Copy of email may be retained to produce before the Regional Office in the event of any discripency.
14. Candidates are advised to go through the instructions carefully before filling up the application form.
15. Request for change/correction in any particulars in the Application Form shall not be entertained under any circumstances. Admit card can only be downloaded from the zonal GATE websites from 2nd January 2012. Sending Admit cards by post has been discontinued. Bring the admit card at the test center along with at least one original (not photocopied / scanned copy) and valid (not expired) photo identification. ONLY one of the following photo identifications is permitted: Driving license, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, College ID, Employee identification card, or a notarized Affidavit with Photo, Signature, Date of Birth and Residential Address. Photocopies of the original identification document are not acceptable. Candidates will not be permitted to take the test if original and valid photo identification is not presented.

Pre‐requisites before starting the CMAT Registration:

Registering for CMAT is a 4 Step process as mentioned below:

From now onwards, whenever you wish to login to the registration portal, you will come as an EXISTING USER and login with your e‐mail id and this unique 8 digit password. This completes your self registration
Step 3) Payment Process: You can do the payment in either of the two modes mentioned below Mode
i) ONLINE PAYMENT: You can select ONLINE PAYMENT mode and then do the payment using Credit card / Debit card / Net Banking Once your payment is successfully done, you will receive a confirmation e‐mail and sms. Once you have received the successful payment confirmation, you can proceed with the remaining part of registration process
Mode ii) CASH Payment in bank: You can select this option to pay by CASH at any of the designated SBI bank branch. Once you select this option and proceed, you will see a CHALLAN on your screen with your details already filled in it. You need to take a PRINT OUT of this CHALLAN, fill in the details wherever required in all three copies, walk in to your nearest SBI bank branch and deposit the CASH In return, the bank will give you two copies of CHALLAN with their stamp and a JOURNAL number written on it. Please ensure the JOURNAL number written is clearly visible. Now that you have deposited the CASH and got the acknowledgement CHALLAN, you need to wait for 72 hours. In these 72 hours, your payment will get updated in the registration portal.
You will receive an e‐mail and sms confirming that your payment data has got updated in the
registration portal. After this you can proceed with the remaining part of registration process
Step 4) Now that you are done with the payment, you need to fill the remaining part of the form. Once you have filled the complete form, we suggest you once again check the complete data entered. You can still modify the data entered by clicking on VIEW / MODIFY Once you are sure that all the data entered is accurate, you will have to accept a declaration and click on SUBMIT. The system will re‐confirm to you for SUBMIT. Once you confirm, your form will get finally SUBMITTED and no change in the data is possible after this SUBMIT You will see a message on your screen stating Thank you for successfully registering for the AICTE CMAT 2012 exam. Please login from 30th Jan 2012 onwards to download your exam ADMIT CARD. For latest updates, please visit www.aicte‐cmat.in
