Instructions to Candidates
Application for admission to the convocation must be sent so as to reach the register, Annamalai University, Annamalainagar-60800t not later thab the date mentioned in the front page of application along with the xerox copies of the provisional certificate and mark sheet. Applications revieved the due to date willnot be entertained.
The Fees for taking the Degrr/Diploma in absentia are as follows:
1. All Degree and Diploma courses Rs. 750/-
2. Additional fees:
int the case of candidates who have for
the dgree/Diploma at the examination
more than one year but within 4 years
from the date of this convocation: Rs. 150/-

I was doing M.Sc. Geoinformatics through DDE annamalai university.session was 2007-2009 and enrolno 1950700058.i cleared my all the papers in May2009 and Dec2009.i got my results through net only and till date i haven’t received any of the marksheets and the provisional certificates by post.pl give the soln.facing lots of prob due to this.

Sir I have recieved the convocation form In Absentia from university, but convocation date is not mentioned anywhere and also date for sending this application is also not mentioned anywhere. Sir please send me this information.

I have done my MBA in our organization and completed in the year May’2008. I have applied for Convocation with a DD for Rs. 500 in favour of The Register, Annamalai University Annamalai Nagar and DD No. 736667 dt. 13.11.2009 through ICICI Bank Ltd. Branch Name is Egmore – Chennai and It has been sent by register post. I have not received so far. I made lot of phone calls to university, by email and through Fax also but there is no proper respose. pls do the needfull.
