6. Write in CAPITAL LETTERS only within the box without touching the lines as shown below and in the sample overleaf.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING OF APPLICATION FORM
I. This is a common admission form for all the three programmes. Put the appropriate codes for the programme applied for in the box provided.
II. Fill in the application form in your own handwriting clearly and legibly. Do not leave any item blank. Use BLOCK LETTERS to fill the form. Do not overwrite, do not tear, spoil or otherwise disfigure this sheet. It may lead to the rejection of the application.
III. The draft should be in the name of ‘Ambedkar University Delhi’, payable at New Delhi.
