Way 2 Freshers

Following candidates have been short-listed on the basis of GATE score for first round of
counselling for admission to 2009 Batch of MTech (ICT) program of DA-IICT.
The counselling will be conducted at DA-IICT, Gandhinagar on Friday, June 19, 2009.
These candidates are required to report at the DA-IICT, Gandhinagar by 09.00 AM.
The candidate must bring the letter sent to him/her by registered post/courier along
with the original and a photocopy of each of the following documents for our
verification and records:
1. GATE score card
2. Certificate/mark sheet of Standard 10th
3. Certificate/mark sheet of Standard 12th
4. Semester-wise mark sheet / certificate of the qualifying degree

The candidate must also bring a Demand Draft drawn in favour of “DA-IICT” and
payable at Ahmedabad for Rs. 30,000/- (Rs. 25,000/- towards the payment of Tuition Fee
for the First Semester and Rs. 5,000/- towards Caution Deposit). You should write your
Name, Application No. and DA-IICT merit rank on the reverse side of the Demand Draft.
In case a candidate has not received the letter, but his/her name is there in the following
list of selected candidates, he/she is still required to report on the counselling date with all
the documents and fees.

During the counselling, admissions will be offered only in the order of merit of valid
GATE Score. A candidate may accept the offer depending upon the availability of a seat
in a particular specialization and your preference(s) as mentioned in the “Specialization
Preference Form” to be filled by the candidate on the counselling day. For further details

If a candidate (whose name appears in the following list) does not report to the Institute
for counselling on the date and time specified above, he/she will forfeit his/her right to
claim admission to MTech (ICT) program at DA-IICT. The candidate will have to make
their own arrangement of transport, boarding and lodging at his/her cost.
