HOW TO APPLY
Eligible candidates are required to apply only ‘ONLINE’ through our website www.bankofindia.co.in between 16.07.2010 and 05.08.2010 and no other means/ mode of application will be acceptable.
(i) Candidates are required to have a valid personal e-mail ID. It should be kept active for the duration of this recruitment project. Bank may send call letters for written test, interview etc. through this registered e-mail ID. Under no circumstances, he/she should share/mention e-mail ID to/ of any other person.
(ii) In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID before applying online.
(iii) Applicants are first required to go to the Bank’s website ‘www.bankofindia.co.in’ and take a Printout of the ‘FEE PAYMENT CHALLAN’ and fill it in a clear and legible handwriting in BLOCK LETTERS. SC / ST / PWD / Ex-Servicemen need not pay any application fee.
(iv) Go to the nearest Bank of India Branch with the Fee payment Challan and pay, in Cash, the requisite Application Fee. The details of fee to be paid between 16.07.2010 and 05.08.2010 are indicated below:

Applicants are required to submit the application fees, as stated below, for the post applied.

Application fee has to be paid in any of Bank of India Branches by computer generated challan only and take acknowledgement on the counterfoil alongwith Transaction I.D. Fees in any other mode will not be accepted.
Once the payment of fees is made, the concerned branch will give him a Unique Transaction Code No. (In case of Non-C.B.S. Branches, such Transaction Number will not be given).
(vi) Candidate should visit again to our website www.bankofindia.co.in under the caption “Recruitment & Career” and should fill up the application available after Click at the end of the Notice.
(vii) Unique Transaction I.D. No. should be correctly filled in application at appropriate place (This will not be applicable for SC / ST / PWD & Ex-Servicemen Candidates).
(viii) Application should be saved and after verification submitted by click to submit button.
(ix) Application should be printed and photo affixed on that, to be kept ready for submission to us at the time of interview at the Interview Venue.
(x) You should note / remember your password for future reference and use.
(xi) Please note that the above procedure is the only procedure for applying. No other mode of application or incomplete application would be accepted and in such case, the application would be rejected outright.
(xii) In case of more than one application by the same candidate, application submitted last, will be taken as authentic / conclusive (all other applications will be treated as null and void).
(xiii) An application once made will not be allowed to be withdrawn, and the fees once paid will not be refunded on any account nor can it be held in reserve for any other examination.
(xiv) Care should be taken by the applicant while filling in information in the Online Application Form.
(xv) After filling in the details on the application form candidates are required to submit the application online and take a printout of the system generated application form immediately. The printout of the Application form must not be sent to the Bank.
(xvi) Candidates should keep xerox copy of the application printout and original counterfoil of the fee payment challan for their record.
Even if the last date of registration changes due to technical reasons, the valid dates for payment of application fee / postal charges will not be changed. Payment of fee by Demand Draft / Cheque / Money Orders / Postal Orders etc will not be accepted.
There is provision to modify the submitted on-line application. Candidates are requested to make use of this facility to correct the details in on-line application, if any. This Modification facility shall be available after 2 days of registration & up to 07.08.2010. Modification will be allowed only 3 times. After the last date, no modification will be permitted.
