Decision of the Counseling Committee will be final and binding. All legal disputes shall be limited to Indore Jurisdiction only.

1. Candidate is required to bring a DD of Rs.10, 000/- in favor of “DAVV-IIPS” payable at Indore at the time of counseling, failing which candidate will not be considered for counseling. The remaining fee, Caution Money, Internet fee and other applicable fee will be required to be deposited in the respective Institute / School within three days of admission, failing which admission will be automatically cancelled.
2. For SC/ST Categories: The fee will be charged as per M.P. Govt. rules.

   DD of Rs. 3000/-(Only Caution Money) in favour of “DAVV-IIPS” payable at Indore. (If income of parent is up to Rs.1, 20, 000 per year) DD of Rs. 5000 + Rs. 3000 (Caution Money)= Rs.8, 000/-in favor of “DAVV-IIPS” payable at Indore. (If income of parent is more than Rs. 1, 20, 000 and up to Rs. 3, 00, 000 per year) DD of Rs. 10000/- in favor of “DAVV-IIPS” payable at Indore. If income of parent is above Rs. 3, 00, 000 per year)

   (Please note that if there is a change in the M.P. Govt. rule the fee will be charged accordingly)

3. In case of dropout/ Vacant Seats, Second Counseling will be conducted by the respective departments / institutes.
4. Age limit: for Maximum age limit (27 Yrs. for PG & 22 Yrs. for UG) as on 01/07/2009 excluding MBA (HA) 2 Yrs. No age limit for female candidates. Relaxation in age for SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates is 3 Yrs. (It is Must to bring the proof of date of birth at the time of counseling)
5. If hostel accommodation is required, candidate can apply to the Chief Warden through the respective Director/Head after admission.
