Job Description :
To manage the customer pre and post sales activities. Deliver high quality installation and commissioning of the audio-video & control system solutions. Deliver high service levels
Provide after sales support to the customer as per the BOSE standards
Installation and commissioning of the systems
Post installation maintainable and upkeep
Rack Building for system integration
Work on the circuit and connectivity diagrams
Train the customer to operate the system

* To sell customized audio video solutions for public spaces like hotels, auditoriums, restaurants, offices, shopping malls etc.
* Would be required to meet up with various architects, consultants or direct potential customers and make them aware of our solutions and close the sales
* Understanding the client’s needs and present a complete customized solution
* Effective closures

3.Demonstrator / Demonstration Specialist – Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai

Details:
* Maximize the sale of Bose Home Products at our Retail Stores through optimum customer service, consistent quality exposures and demonstrations of Bose Systems
* Demonstration of Bose products in the retail stores
* Interaction with Customers, handling customers’ queries
* Conducting need assessments for the customer, understanding their needs and providing them with optimum solutions available
* Conducting shows for walk-in customers
* Imparting Bose experience and providing high standards of service
* Coordinating activities at the back office, managing stocks, coordinating activities related to sales as team effort
* Occasional participation in Exhibitions and Hotel Events conducted at different cities
