1. Understanding the latent needs of the given position.
2. Sourcing and screening profiles from the various sources and reference
3. Need to do head hunting for niche positions.
4. Market the position as well as the company to the candidate and vice versa
5. Coordinate for interviews and shortlist
6. Follow up the offered candidate till the date of joining.
7. Coordinating with the client for the smooth functioning of the recruitment process.
8. Maintain database for easy retrieval of data
9. Upkeep the client relations
