RECRUITMENT OF TEACHING AND NON-TEACHING POSTS – EXAMINATION ON 21.03.2010 FOR THE POST OF (I) PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHER & DRAWING TEACHER FOR THE RECRUITMENT YEAR 2010-11 AND (II) PRT, MUSIC TEACHER, LDC & JR. STENOGRAPHER FOR FILLING UP THE BACKLOG VACANCIES FOR SC AND ST CANDIDATES FOR THE RECRUITMENT YEAR 2007-08 AND 2008-09
NOTICE TO CANDIDATES
In response to two advertisements published in Employment News (Weekly) dated 12- 18th September, 2009 and dated 19-25th September , 2009, written examination for the said posts will be held on Sunday , the 21St March, 2010.
2. The ‘list of eligible candidates ‘ and ‘list of in-eligible candidates’ (alpha-wise) is available on KVS’s website.
3. Provisional Admit Cards have been dispatched through Registered Post to all the eligible candidates. In case of non-receipt of admit card by 15th March , 2010, the eligible candidate may download/print the e-Admit Card from KVS Website:www.kvsangathan . nic.in or www.examaid. in. The candidate possessing e-Admit Card will also be allowed to appear for the examination.
4. A ‘Facilitation Counter’ shall be functional in each of the city of examination to address the concerns of the candidates and issuance of admit cards one day before the conduct of examination from 10 .00 am to 3 .00 p.m. The address of ‘Facilitation Counter in each of the city of examination is available on the KVS’s website. The admit cards will be issued to the candidates from the ‘Facilitation Counter’.
i) The candidates whose name appear in the list of in-eligible candidates’ on KVS’s website wherein ‘reasons of rejection ‘ have also been mentioned and who are of the opinion that they fulfill all the eligibility conditions as prescribed in the above referred Employment News : Such candidates may visit ‘ Facilitation Counter’ and bring two passport size photographs, copy of application submitted and documentary evidence (s) towards their eligibility . Those candidates who meet the specified eligibility criteria to the satisfaction of officials at Facilitation Counter will only be issued new admit card.
ii) The candidates who have been found to be in-eligible due to non -submission of requisite fee by way of Demand Draft/Electronics Transfer: Such candidates may visit ‘ Facilitation Counter’ and bring duplicate Demand Draft of the ‘same Date’ & ‘same Branch’ OR a copy of ‘Electronic Transfer Challan ‘ attached with their application along with two passport size photographs and acknowledgement card.
5) The candidates are advised to frequently visit KVS website : www.kvsangathan . nic.in and
www.examaid . in for latest information in respect of the afore -mentioned recruitment exercise.
NOTE: The examination for the post of Principal , Assistant, UDC and LDC for the recruitment year 2010-11 published in Employment News dated 12-18th September, 2009 and the examination in respect of filling up the SC & ST of backlog vacancies for PGT, TGT, Misc. Teaching Posts for the recruitment year 2007-08 and 2008-09 published in Employment News dated 19-25t h September, 2009 will be held on 9th and 10th April, 2010. The schedule of these examinations are available on KVS’s website.
