Notification For POST MATRIC SCHOLARSHIP 2010 – 2011 FOR STUDENTS BELONGING TO THE MINORITY COMMUNITIES

Guidelines in Brief
*The applicant should be Indian national and domicile of Maharashtra State
* This scheme is applicable for the students of Minority Community studying from 11th Standard to Ph.D. Degree.
*The student has to obtained minimum 50% marks in the previous examination.
* The applicant should not avail of any other scholarship of stipend
*The total annual income of family / guardian should not be more than Rs. 2 lakhs. (for 11th to graduate) and for higher education it should be Rs. 2.5 lakhs.
*For renewal / applicant must have successfully passed the previous years examinations.

Detailed information and application forms :
* The detained information of the scheme / format of the application, application procedure, eligibility and conditions, list of courses and schedule of submitting application by the applicant through institute etc. is available on www.dirhe.org.in/pms.
*The last date for submitting the application is upto 16th August, 2010. (Please Read New Circular).
* The applicant should download the form from the website www.dirhe.org.in/pms/FORMAT_OF_APPLICATION_2010-11.pdf , fill the form and submit it to the college / institute / university on or before 16th August, 2010.
*It shall be responsibility of Principal / Director / Dean submit all the duly filled application forms to the concerned Joint Directors Higher Education Offices on or before 20th August, 2010.
*After Scholarship is granted, The concern student has to open an account in the bank.
*The amount of the Scholarship, if granted, will be transferred to the student’s and institute’s account.

    sir,i am persuing mca from banaras hindu university.i belong to obc and also minority student.in last year i fill the minority scholarship form i did not get scholarship but my obc classmates gets scholarship as 20,000 approximately.please suggest me why i didnot get scholarship and how will we get sholarship.

    Sir I obtained 82% in H S L C exam from Roka khata H S school in the year of2010 and I applied for the minority schoolarship.Sir I repuest you to grant my schoolarship because i am belongs to a poor family.
