Assistant Surgeon (General) : 756 vacancies (for the years 2005 to 2009) (including 302 Carried Forward vacancies)

Assistant Surgeon (Speciality) : 333 vacancies (for the years 2005 & 2006) (including 199 Carried Forward vacancies)

Pay Scale : Rs. 8000-275-13500/-per mensem.
