Way 2 Freshers

dis is Madhuri, I have attended DEXTIRITY in VIT, Vellore on 26 Aug 2007.

First let me tell you about the compony. the PPT of the company was worst. They mainly focus on data mining and data warehouisng and this for only IT, CSE nd MCA people. Coming to the main thing “pay”.. Rs.11000 for first 3 months that is in the training period nd 2lacs per annum there after 2yrs of bond.. 75000 of bank security should be shown nd i think thats all.. It’s main branch in Chennai nd branches are shortly opened in us, uk, austalia, etc..

its CEO name is Palanivel nd this company is also an KPO (This is was the first time dextirity came for campus interview nd it started with VIT.)

coming to the selection process..
1. Written exam.
2. Technical written (optional depending on number of people selected)
3. Technical interview
4. HR

Written exam: ours was an online xam. it contained 2 sections
1.(1-15) Aptitude nd Verbal
2.(15-50) Technical (C/C++)
No sectional cut off..the first section contained fill in the blank with correct option nd some aptitude questions. nd Technical contained only C and C++ question if ur are thoruough with access specifiers u can get thru

Be thorough with wht u have kept in ur resume
I can’t tell much abt this becoz I failed at the first round itself
