What is UFM case.Why I have not been allowed to appear ion term end exam Dec 2009.

I have received result message saying UFM case against all the courses. First I do not understand what it means. Besides, I have re-registered for the Dec. exams but when I fill enrolment No. at the box required, it says something like
Enrolment No. 061102358 Registration not valid/involved in UFM case and not permitted for following course(s):
CS60 MCS012 MCS021 MCS023 MCS024 MCS032 MCS034 MCS035 MCS041 MCS042 MCS043 MCS051 MCS052 MCSE011
Note: Provisionally permitted for December 2009 TEE. If the candidate does not receive the Hall Ticket in time then this Hall Ticket can be Downloaded, printed and produced along with valid IGNOU Identity Card at the Exam Centre.
I do not understand what I am supposed to do, my ignou center does not respond on phone. Please guide as I am extremely worried.

I have appeared TEE june 2009 course code:EEC-06 but till now i haven’t received my result, i tried to make contact to ignou centre, regional office and even headquaters but didn’t get respond. so i re-registered for TEE Dec 2009 but when i checked my hall ticket it shows that my enrollment 036176696 is invloved in UFM Case it is not valid and not permitted for the following course. What is UFM Case? kindly,suggest me what i have to do?

my name is Mr. Dharmendar and i am form the Ahmedabad .i had given bpp exams on the june 2009 but i got the result on net , but due to not sumit the assigment it was incomplete . and aftre i sumbit the assigment . they told me that in the jan 2010 the result will be decleard .

i have studied cbs course in ignou in 2008 and i wrote exam in june 2008 and i received results in january 2009. i think ignou should improve their marking system and make the results quicker as possible. the students and parents get irritated with the long waiting results
