STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION COMBINED GRADUATE LEVEL (MAIN) EXAMINATION- 2008 (SCHEME-’ A’) MARKS OF NON-QUALIFIED CANDIDATES

The Staff Selection Commission conducted an Combined Graduate Level (Main) Examination (Scheme ‘A’), 2008 on 22.02.2009, 28.02.2009 and 01.03.2009 for those candidates who qualified in its Preliminary Examination.

2. The category-wise cut-off fixed by the Commission in Paper-II for evaluation of other papers of Scheme ‘A’ was under:

3. The result of Written Part (Scheme ‘A’) of the aforesaid examination was declared on 30.11.2009 wherein following numbers of candidates have been declared qualified in the Written Part for Interview. The category-wise cut-off mark fixed by the Commission in Written Part was as under:-

*Includes 1 VH candidate.

4. The marks (Paper-wise) of the candidates who have not qualified for the Interview, have been uploaded in SSC’s Website. Such a candidate can ascertain his/her marks through the website by entering their Roll No. The marks in respect of the candidates short-listed for Interview have not been placed on the Website as per Commission’s policy of not disclosing the marks of candidates qualifying for the next stage.
5. Nature of mistakes/discrepancies committed by any candidate has been indicated in code against the respective paper of the candidate which are as under:

6. Candidates had already been cautioned through instruction given on the front page of Answer Sheet that “ Answer Book not bearing candidate’s Name, Ticket Number, Roll Number and Signature will not be evaluated and such candidates would be awarded ‘ZERO’ marks.”Further, Note –II under Para 26 of the Notice for the examination also cautioned the candidate that “candidate should note that Answer Sheets (Either OMR Answer Sheet or Conventional Type Answer Sheets) not bearing candidate’s Roll Number, Signature and Test Test Form Number will not be evaluated and such candidates would be awarded ‘ZERO’ marks.
7. The evaluated scripts of various papers of the examination by the examiners have also been got re-checked/verified thoroughly. No representations regarding re-evaluation of their Answer sheets, re-totaling of marks, etc will be entertained by the Commission.
