God’s Valley International School, established in 1988 at Panchgani, is one of the most modern boarding schools in India . Panchgani is a hill station at a height of 4300 ft. The School’ beautiful 70 acres campus, God’s Valley by name, serves as one of the most picturesque spots and is conducive to serious study and training. The School is a part of the Bharati Vidyapeeth family which has over 140 educational institutes under its wings.
The School is very selective in its admissions. The admissions normally begin in the middle of January every year and end by mid-June. The right to admission is with the school management.
The School follows the syllabus prescribed by the SSC Board, Maharashtra State. We continually update our training programs and methods. The learning experiences within and out of the classrooms create a thirst for a lifelong learning & innovation. A special emphasis is laid on sports, fine arts and co-curricular activities.
The School has nearly 80 percent of its teaching faculty staying within the campus. The inmates of the school are thus under constant supervision of our teachers. The faculty is young and ever eager to learn and upgrade. The School ensures their in-service training and well-being.
The student-faculty ratio is 12 to 1, and the average class size is 24. This enables personal, one-to-one attention.
Student life is active, multifaceted, and based around our beautiful campus. Apart from studying the students develop lifelong friendships, discipline, independence, and inter-dependence. All the students stay in hostel which is separate for boys and girls. The refectory has separate kitchen and dining area for vegetarian and non-vegetarian students. The teachers serve as the housemasters and are always available. Everyday is a pre planned day with equal emphasis on mental, physical and spiritual development of a person.
A great and keen interest is taken in the students’ participation in games and sports. The School requires every student to participate in athletics and sports. Karate, Yoga, Horse riding, boxing, basketball, table-tennis, cricket, and football are some of the regular sports activities at the School.
The School boasts of the latest and well equipped computer lab, thus bringing technology within the students’ reach. The laboratories and the library are a matter of pride for the School. The teaching fraternity, well qualified and trained, is second to none, in the use of modern technology and aids.
