Admissions to 1st Semester of M.B.A. Course for the Academic Session 2011 – 2013
HOW TO APPLY :
Step 1:Go to www.goenkacollegeadmissions.com
Step 2:Click on the link “Admission to M.B.A. Course”.
Step 3:Before proceeding to apply, carefully read the admission notice by clicking on the link “Update of Admission Notice”.
Step 4:Once you have read the admission notice go back to the previous page and click on one of the link (a) “Click Here if you have Passed in 2008 / 2009 / 2010” OR (b) “Click Here if you are Appearing at the Final Examination in 2011”.
Candidates passed in 2008 / 2009 / 2010: You need your 10, 10+2 and Graduation mark sheet to fill up the online application form.
Candidates Appearing at the Final Examination in 2011: You need your 10 and 10+2 mark sheet to fill up the online application form. You also must submit the Graduation Mark Sheet within 20.06.2011.
Step 5:If you have Clicked on Option (a) in Step 4 then click on one of the link “Students with Marks Percentage Click Here” OR “Students with Grade Point Click Here”.
If you have Clicked on Option (b) in Step 4 then go to Step 6.
Step 6:Click on the link “Apply Now”.
Step 7:You can check the criteria, by clicking on the link “Please check the criteria”.
Step 8:From the dropdown choose your University of Graduation.
Step 9:From the dropdown choose your Category.
Step 10:From the dropdown choose your State of Domicile.
Step 11:Once you have correctly completed the above steps you can go to the next stage by clicking on the “Submit” button.
You can return to the main page by clicking on the “Back” button or reset the information on the page by clicking on the “Reset” button.
Step 12:If you have Clicked on Option (b) in Step 4 then go to Step 14.
On clicking the Submit button in Step 11, you will be taken to the pre-screening stage of the online application system, where you will be asked to enter your graduation marks in percentage (rounded to 2 decimal places). For example:-.
(a) 75.123 should be entered as 75.12
(b) 75.125 should be entered as 75.13
(c) 75.127 should be entered as 75.13
Fill this field carefully at this stage, as the system will automatically cross check this with the information provided by you in the next stage. (In case of any doubt refer to the criteria for admission).
Step 13:Once you have correctly completed Step 12 you can go to the next stage by clicking on the “Submit” button.
You can return to the previous page by clicking on the “Back” button or reset the information on the page by clicking on the “Reset” button.
Step 14:On clicking the Submit button in Step 13, you will be taken to the main Application Form.
All Fields marked with ”*” are compulsory.
Once you have entered all the information in the STATEMENT OF MARKS OBTAINED IN GRADUATION, click on the “Calculate” button. The system will automatically calculate the percentage in graduation based on the information provided by you.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE GRADUATION MARKS % MUST MATCH WITH THE DETAILS PROVIDED IN THE EARLIER STAGE (Step 12).
Step 15 :By clicking on the “Preview Admission Form” button at the bottom of the page you can see the preview of your application form in a new window. Please see that all the information provided are correct. In case of mistake in any of the fields “Close” the Preview window and edit the data.
Step 16:Click on “Submit” button to finally submit your application. Once the application is successfully submited you will be provided a Challan along with your six digit Application Number. Eg. GC0075. Please keep a note of your “APPLICATION NUMBER” as you must quote this in all further communications.
Please note that once you have submitted the application form, you cannot go back to modify the application form at this stage. If you want to modify the application form click on the link “Edit Data” at Step 6. For details see EDIT DATA.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU CAN APPLY ONLY ONCE. If you have made any mistake while entering the details in the online application form, you can modify the application form by clicking on the link “Edit Data” at Step 6. For details see EDIT DATA.
Step 17:In this final stage you will find the CHALLAN with two copies: – Applicant’s Copy, and College’s Copy.
Take the print of the CHALLAN on an A4 page by clicking on the “Print” button. You are required to take the Challan and submit the application fee to the college office as stated in the admission notice.
Please retain the duly paid Applicant’s Copy of the Challan as acknowledgement for future use.
Step 18: Once you have taken the print you will be directed to a “FEEDBACK FORM FOR APPLICANT”, this is NOT mandatory and you can Exit without filling the FEEDBACK form.
However, applicants are requested to take out some of their valuable time to fill the feedback form as it will help in plugging the loopholes of the present online application system.
