HOW TO APPLY
Eligible candidates are required to apply only ‘ONLINE’ through our website www.bankofbaroda.com between 05.01.2011 and 25.01.2011 and no other means/ mode of application will be acceptable.
(i) Candidates are required to have a valid personal e-mail ID.. It should be kept active for the duration of this recruitment project. Bank may send call letters for written test, interview etc. through this registered e-mail ID. Under no circumstances, he/she should share/mention e-mail ID to/ of any other person.
(ii) In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID before applying online.
(iii) Applicants are first required to go to the Bank’s website ‘www.bankofbaroda.com’ and open the link ‘Recruitment’. Thereafter, open the Recruitment Notification entitled Bank of Baroda ‘OFFICERS RECRUITMENT PROJECT 2011’. Take a print of the entire Recruitment Notification, including the ‘FEES PAYEMNT CHALLAN’.
(iv) Fill in the Fee Payment Challan in a clear and legible handwriting in BLOCK LETTERS.
(v) Go to the nearest Bank of Baroda Branch with the Fee Payment Challan duly filled in and pay, in Cash the appropriate Application Fee in Account No 29040200000198 with Bandra Kurla Complex Branch in favour of “Bank of Baroda OFFICERS’ RECRUITMENT PROJECT-2011-12”. The amount of fee to be paid is indicated below :
(vi) The details of fee to be paid between 05.01.2011 and 25.01.2011 are indicated below:

Applicants are required to submitthe application fees, as stated below, for the post applied.

(vii) Obtain the Counterfoil (Applicants Copy) of the Fee Payment Challan duly received by the Bank with (a) Branch Name & Code Number (b) Transaction ID (c) Date of Deposit & Amount filled by the Branch Official.
(viii) Candidates are now ready to apply On-line by re-visiting the Recruitment Page of the Bank’s website and going to the sublink titled “Online APPLICATION FOR BANK OF BARODA OFFICERS’ RECRUITMENT PROJECT-2011-12”. Click on this sublink will open up the appropriate Online Application Format
(ix) Carefully fill in the necessary details from the Fee Payment Challan in the On-line Application Form at the appropriate places and submit the same On-line.
(x) Original counterfoil of the fee payment challan will have to be submitted with the Call Letter at the time of written test. Without counterfoil of the fee payment challan, the candidates will not be allowed to appear in the written test.. Candidates are, therefore, advised to keep 3 photocopies of the fee payment challan for future use.
(xi) The name of the candidate or his/ her father/ husband etc should be spelt correctly in the application as it appears in the certificates/ mark sheets. Any change/ alteration found may disqualify the candidature.
(xii) You should note / remember your password for future reference and use.
(xiii) Please note that the above procedure is the only procedure for applying. No other mode of application or incomplete application would be accepted and in such case, the application would be rejected outright.
(xiv) An application once made will not be allowed to be withdrawn, and the fees once paid will not be refunded on any account nor can it be held in reserve for any other examination.
(xv) After filling in the details on the application form candidates are required to submit the application online and take a printout of the system generated application form immediately.The printout of the Application form must not be sent to the Bank.
(xvi) Candidates should keep xerox copy of the application printout and original counterfoil of the fee payment challan for their record.
Even if the last date of registration changes due to technical reasons, the valid dates for payment of application fee / postal charges will not be changed. Payment of fee by Demand Draft / Cheque / Money Orders / Postal Orders etc will not be accepted.
There is provision to modify the submitted on-line application. Candidates are requested to make use of this facility to correct the details in on-line application, if any. This Modification facility shall be available after 2 days of registration & up to 30.01.2011. Modification will be allowed only 3 times. After the last date, no modification will be permitted.
